Solid Engineering sells DELPHI AT electric motors with brake, contacts: +38 (050)401-87-47, (099)724-41-11, (066)177-12-51, (050)351-72-01.
Self-braking electric motors use 1 or 2 spring brakes.
Delphi electric motors with autonomous brake ATDC, AT24, ATTD and ATTD24 use 1 or 2 spring brakes, firmly attached to a cast iron screen at the rear of the motor.
These motors include a number of features that are usually considered options in other brands, such as: a standard hand lever allows the brake to be released, allowing the shaft to be moved manually. PTO thermal protection in the winding is standard up to size 132. PTC is standard from size 160 and above.
Easy separate connection of the brake when the motor is connected to the converter.
In the ATDC and ATTD, a separate brake power supply is connected directly to the brake terminal block located inside the motor terminal box if required. In the AT24 and ATTD24, single or double 24 Vdc brakes are designed for direct connection to the converter (usually with a 24 Vdc connector). The brakes can be modified to be very quiet for use in special environments such as theatres.
Delphi AT ... series brakes are negative-acting electromagnetic brakes, the braking action of which is carried out in the absence of power supply.
Brake insulation class - F.
Brake lining is asbestos-free.
Relay type rectifier with protective varistors on the input and output.
All brake components are protected against corrosion by painting or hot-dip galvanizing and resin coating.
The parts most susceptible to wear are treated in special atmospheres, which ensure significant wear resistance of the parts.
Many options and special designs, for example:
- silent brake;
- ultra-fast rectifier (switching time <50 ms);
- microswitch on the brake;
- rubber seal on the brake;
- stainless steel protective disc;
- ATEX explosion-proof brake, etc.
