The concrete mass bunker BBM-01 is designed for transporting and unloading construction mortars according to DSTU BV. 2-7-23-95 and mobile concrete mixtures, heavy structural and lightweight concretes of dense, porous and large-pore structure on mineral binders, dense and porous large and small aggregates according to DSTU BV 2.7.-96-2000 (GOST 7473-94).
The products consist of: the bunker itself, a gate, a handle, clamps, a chute, a concrete mass guide and transport loops. Buddy hoppers are designed for pouring concrete and have the shape of a truncated cone connected to a cylindrical shell. The gate is designed for overlapping and adjustable supply of the mixture. The handle with a lever mechanism serves to drive the gate. The latch is designed to fix the chute in the transport position, as well as when pouring concrete through the chute. The chute itself provides the direction of the mixture flow. When lifting a loaded bucket, all four cargo loops must be used.
