The PKS-20 PT treatment machine is designed for treatment of seeds of grain, legumes and oilseeds with aqueous solutions or suspensions of fungicides in seed preparation workshops or seed stations of agro-industrial complex enterprises. The treatment machine and its mechanisms are controlled from the control panel. The treatment machine is installed in the production line. The peculiarity of the pickling machine is that it can work with multi-component, more viscous working solutions, thanks to the peristaltic pump-doser. Equipped with a low-speed paddle screw with polyurethane linings for working with cultures prone to injury. Easy cleaning of the pickling machine thanks to the quick dismantling of the pickling chamber and paddle screw. The main components of the pickling machine are made of stainless steel. The main advantages of the device are: high accuracy of dosing the set rate when working with both conventional and multi-component working solutions, easy change of feed operation using push-button switches with fixation of the result on a special display, no spontaneous pouring of solution residues when stopping the pickling process, if necessary - the possibility of returning solution residues from the elements of the hydraulic line to the main tank. The pickling machine is equipped with a frequency converter that allows you to change the screw speed. The machine, operating in automatic mode. controls the real-time weight of seeds with a given time period of verification and, if necessary, changes the supply of the treatment solution.
