From Discussions to Joint Solutions: "Doing Agribusiness in Ukraine" Conference to Feature a Revamped Format

The Ukrainian Agribusiness Club (UCAB), in partnership with the agency UCABevent, invites you to the 18th International Conference, "Doing Agribusiness in Ukraine." This year, the event moves to a new location, bringing together government officials and market leaders on December 4 in Truskavets (Lviv region) to take stock of the past year and map out a roadmap for the upcoming season.

Having navigated a year of extraordinary challenges, the Ukrainian agricultural sector requires a new approach to dialogue: we are moving away from monologues in favor of constructive conversation. Our goal is to identify effective operational models suited to the new "rules of the game."

The revamped format of the "Doing Agribusiness in Ukraine" conference includes:

- Pre-conference fireside chat: An evening session with a guest expert, featuring informal conversation and high-quality networking on the eve of the conference.
- Open agricultural policy debates: No imposed topics or pre-scripted scenarios. Participants themselves determine the direction of the discussion and the most pressing issues in real time.
- Collective brainstorming and roundtables: A format where every attendee becomes a co-creator of the event, contributing to discussions and jointly shaping actionable strategies.
- Direct access to decision-makers: An opportunity for candid dialogue with government representatives and top industry leaders.

Key themes setting the tone:
A review of 2026: How the agricultural market adapted (or failed to adapt) to the challenges. Checkmate to the season’s challenges: scenarios for the 2027 spring sowing campaign and strategic moves for agribusiness.
A macroeconomic overview—from global trends to the financial realities of the agricultural sector.
