Energy systems designed for the automatic combustion of wood waste and fuel pellets.
Power output ranges from 100 to 1,600 kW.
These systems are designed for hot water supply, space heating (water-based), drying chambers, greenhouses, and other applications, as well as for providing heat for industrial processes.
The UEAS energy system consists of a boiler with the appropriate heat output and the SAS automatic combustion system.
Sawdust with a moisture content of up to 70% (sawmill waste) can be burned in the SAS-800, SAS-1000, SAS-1500, and SAS-2000 models (though this results in a partial loss of power output).
In the event of a power outage or other emergency, lump waste, briquettes, coal, or coal mixtures can be burned directly in the boiler furnace to maintain the process.
Boiler outlet water temperature: 95°C.
Operating water pressure: up to 2.5 atm (up to 4.5 atm available upon request).
Boilers are pressure-tested at 3 atm (up to 6 atm available upon request).
System efficiency: 76%; payback period: 1 year.
The boilers come with the necessary documentation for registration with boiler inspection authorities.
The boilers can be used either as part of the energy system or independently. The SAS automatic combustion system can be connected to an existing boiler, including a steam boiler.
