The boilers offered by Metalist LLC operate on firewood or lump wood waste using the pyrolysis method (thermal decomposition of wood at high temperatures) and are environmentally safe. They utilize a gas-generator principle (smoldering combustion), converting all fuel combustion products into combustible gas. These boilers feature two combustion chambers. In the first (loading) chamber, combustible gas is generated during the combustion process with the aid of primary air supplied by a fan. Driven by natural draft and forced airflow, this gas enters the secondary chamber, where it undergoes intense combustion, achieving an efficiency rate of up to 85%. The boiler comes with a control panel, enabling automatic operation and regulation of the heating system's water temperature. The boilers are easy to install, operate, and repair. Cleaning the fire tubes is simple and convenient; cleaning tools and turbulators are included in the package. Depending on the quality of the firewood and the temperature setting, a single fuel load lasts for 6 to 12 hours. These boilers are recommended for central heating systems in both residential and industrial premises, supporting coolant temperatures up to 95°C and operating with either natural or forced water circulation. These boilers can be used as a primary heat source, connected in parallel to an existing central heating system, or employed as an alternative source when needed. The recommended fuel is firewood with a moisture content of up to 20%; higher moisture levels reduce the boiler's output.
