Hot-water boilers with capacities ranging from 40 to 1600 kW.
The KV series hot-water boilers (40–1600 kW) offered by Metalist LLC operate on firewood or coal. They come equipped with a control panel and a fan, enabling automatic operation with water temperature regulation within the heating system.
When using coal as fuel, it is mandatory to place cast-iron coal grates over the tubular grate structure (these are not included in the standard package).
The boilers are easy to install and operate, and are designed for easy maintenance and repair. Cleaning the fire tubes is simple and accessible; cleaning tools are included.
These boilers are recommended for use in central heating systems for both residential and industrial premises, with a heat carrier temperature of up to 95°C and either natural or forced water circulation.
They can serve as primary heat sources or be connected in parallel to an existing central heating system for use as needed or as an alternative heat source.
For the 40–100 kW KV boiler models, operation with a heat storage tank of appropriate capacity is recommended. When selecting a solid-fuel boiler or energy system—where the fuel, unlike gas, varies in characteristics such as hardness, size, resin content, density, and moisture—it is advisable to allow for a power reserve and to calculate the operating load based on 70% of the nominal capacity.
