These units are designed for hot water supply systems, space heating (water-based), drying chambers, greenhouses, and other applications, as well as for providing heat to technological processes.
- The UEAS energy unit consists of a boiler with the appropriate heat output and an automatic combustion system (SAS).
- Models SAS-500, SAS-800, SAS-1000, and SAS-1500 are used for burning sawdust with a moisture content of up to 70% (sawmill waste).
- In the event of a power outage or other emergency, lump waste, briquettes, coal, or coal mixtures can be burned in the boiler furnace to maintain the technological process.
- Boiler outlet water temperature: 95°C.
- Operating water pressure: up to 2.5 atm (up to 4.5 atm upon request).
- Boilers are pressure-tested at 3 atm (up to 6 atm upon request).
- Unit efficiency: 76%; payback period: 1 year.
