Oil-immersed transformers TM are produced with a capacity from 25 to 1000 kVA for a nominal primary winding voltage of 6 or 10 kV and a nominal secondary winding voltage of 0.4 or 0.23 kV with a frequency of 50 Hz. The scheme and group of winding connections U/Un-0 or D/Un-11.
Type of climatic execution U1 according to GOST 15150.
Normal operation of transformers is ensured under the following conditions:
1. Altitude above sea level - no more than 1000 m;
2. The environment is explosive, not containing conductive dust, aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that reduce the parameters of the transformer substation within unacceptable limits;
3. Wind speed up to 36 m / s (wind pressure speed up to 800 Pa);
4. Atmosphere type - II according to GOST15150;
5. Ambient temperature - from -45°C to + 40°C.
Voltage regulation is carried out by switching without excitation (PBZ) when the transformer is disconnected from the network both from the higher and lower voltage sides. The voltage is regulated from the higher voltage side by ± 2x2.5% of the nominal value.
Transformer input for outdoor installation, removable, porcelain bushing insulators. At a current of 630 and 2500A, contact clamps with a blade are attached to the conductive rods, which provides connection of a busbar or cable lugs.
The oil expander ensures the presence of oil in all transformer operating modes and ambient temperature fluctuations, and also has a built-in air dryer with an oil seal.
A thermometer is installed on the cover to measure the temperature of the upper layers of oil.
