Prefabricated one-sided maintenance chambers KSO 306 and bus bridges SHM and SHM to them are designed for completing switchgear with a voltage of 6 or 10 kV alternating current at a frequency of 50 Hz with an insulated neutral.
Climatic type U3 according to GOST15150.
Normal operation of the KSR is ensured under the following conditions:
1. Height above sea level - no more than 1000 m;
2. The environment is explosive, not containing conductive dust, aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that reduce the parameters of the KTP to unacceptable limits;
3. Wind speed up to 36 m / s (wind pressure speed up to 800 Pa);
4. Atmosphere type - II according to GOST15150.
The main circuits of the SWR consist of the following devices;
1. Autogas load switch VN-RA - chambers 03-06, 08,09 and 24;
2. Disconnector with grounding knives RV - chambers 01, 02, 07, 10, 11, 14P, 14L;
3. Vacuum circuit breaker VV/TEL or VR-1 with electromagnetic drive - chambers 12V, 14V and 17V. The chambers are equipped with a set of protections: maximum current protection, current cut-off, ground fault protection, voltage circuit control, automatic reserve switching (AVR);
4. Voltage transformers - chambers 10 and 11;
5. Transformers for own needs - chambers 12V, 13V and 23.
Active and reactive energy metering cabinets are available upon request.
In the double-row version, the switchgear is equipped with busbars with disconnectors (SHM) or without them (SHM). Busbars are installed only on the outer chambers. The distance between the facades of the chambers: 2000 mm (SHM-1, SHM-1); 2500 mm (SHM-2, SHM-2); 3000 mm (SHM-3, SHM-3); 3500 mm (SHM-4, SHM-4). The chambers are connected to the external network by cable. The chambers are equipped with all the interlocks in accordance with regulatory documentation.
